E-ADR Challenge 2019 | Application Process

Individuals, organisations, and consortia wishing to apply for the E-Alternate Dispute Resolution Challenge 2019 (the “Challenge”) must send in completed Challenge Application Form on or before March 18, 2019.

 Since applicants may submit only one application per consortium, the Challenge organisers advise that applicants read through the Specimen Challenge Application Form below and prepare all necessary materials prior to filling in a Challenge Application Form. We also advise that you read the Challenge ‘Overview + Specifications’ document available here closely, since the questions in the Challenge Application Form closely mirror the Specifications and other requirements set out there.

 Part 1: Applicant Details

  •  What is your first name?

  • What is your last name?

  • Are you applying (a) as an individual, (b) on behalf of an organisation, or (c) as part of a consortium?

  • If you are applying on behalf of an organisation or as part of a consortium, what is the name of the organisation/ consortium?

  • Please provide the CIN/ LLPIN if applying on behalf of an organisation (if the organisation is of another entity type, please specify the name and entity type here):

  • Please provide the website and other contact details of the organisation, if you are applying on behalf of an organisation:

  • Please upload an LoI/ MoU/ other executed document evidencing the formation of the consortium if you are applying on behalf of a consortium: 

Part 2: Team Details

  • If you are applying as an individual, please list the names and LinkedIn profiles of the persons who you plan to work with in relation to the Challenge; please ensure you list at least one name for technology, legal matters and structuring, and dispute resolution professional outreach and onboarding (if you are unclear on the meanings of any of these, please refer to the Challenge ‘Overview + Specifications’ document available here:

  • If you are applying on behalf of an organisation, please list the names and LinkedIn profiles of the persons within your organisation who would be team leaders working on the Challenge; please ensure you list at least one name for technology, legal matters and structuring, and dispute resolution professional outreach and onboarding (if you are unclear on the meanings of any of these, please refer to the Challenge ‘Overview + Specifications’ document available here:

  • If you are applying as a part of a consortium, please list the names of consortium members, their website or other contact details, and describe which member would be responsible for what activities as a part of your consortium; please ensure you list at least one name for technology, legal matters and structuring, and dispute resolution professional outreach and onboarding (if you are unclear on the meanings of any of these, please refer to the Challenge ‘Overview + Specifications’ document available here:

 Please note: If you are shortlisted then the name of the individual or organization or consortium, and any participants – organizations or individuals - therein, will be published on this website and via social media and email.

Part 3: Response to Specifications
